Various studies are available in general, personality and social psychology, but there is a lack of materials that examine these issues together; therefore, this teaching aid, using the latest literature sources, summarises current issues in an easy-to-understand manner for the reader. For example,

• a scientific analysis of the structure, functions and characteristics of human cognitive processes;
• characteristics of the emotional and feeling sphere of the human personality, the sphere of personality will, needs, and motivation, several examples of character typology, issues of ability development;
• the process of interpersonal communication, practical recommendations for improving verbal and non-verbal communication and overcoming psychological barriers, as well as for managing conflict situations;
• aspects of human and group interaction, socio-psychological aspects and models of leadership; insights from the latest socio-psychological theories.
