Inovatīvu poliolu sistēmu izstrādne no reciklēta polietilēntereftalāta un atjaunojamo izejvielu resursiem cietā poliuretāna putuplasta iegūšanai

Aiga Ivdre graduated with distinction from the Master’s course in Chemical Engineering at Riga Technical University in 2012. Since 2011, she has been working in the Polymer Department of the Latvian State Institute of Wood Chemistry. Her research interests include synthesis of polyols from renewable and recycled materials, development of polyol systems, and the production and characterization of rigid polyurethane foams. She also has experience in synthesis of nanocellulose and the production of nanocellulose-filled polyurethanes; on this topic she had an internship at the National University of Mar del Plata in Argentina in 2014. Aiga Ivdre has participated in EU FP7 and ERA-NET projects BIOCORE, EVOLUTION, BBPM, BIOPURFIL, and Bio4Cryo. Aiga Ivdre has published 17 research papers indexed in Scopus, and her Hirsch index as of 2020 is 7.
