The teaching methodological tool was created using the insights of theorists of various directions of personality psychology about personality. Analysing the available theoretical material about the essence of personality, it is possible to conclude that there is no unambiguous, generally accepted definition of personality in psychology. Despite the fact that there are many concepts of personality, the conceptual apparatus of the treatment of the personality structure has not stabilised, and there is no unified methodological toolkit in the empirical study of personality. The teaching methodological tool provides the psychodynamic, humanistic, dispositional, cognitive, behavioural and action directions of personality treatment and describes personality models.
