This Doctoral Thesis focuses on improving flight regularity through optimization of operational aircraft maintenance management within an airline route network. The research develops probabilistic mathematical models describing aircraft technical state transitions, recovery processes, and technical delay formation under operational conditions. Based on the proposed models, an application tool was developed for calculating and forecasting technical delays. The results support data-driven operational decision-making aimed at reducing delays and improving flight regularity.
