In recent years, Latvia has undergone significant digital transformation, substantially affecting public administration, everyday life, the economy, and the innovation environment. The Roadmap for the Development of E-Government in Latvia has been developed to promote this digital transformation process by ensuring a systematic and comprehensive approach to the development and modernization of e-government systems. The publication evaluates the current state of e-government in Latvia and provides a comprehensive analysis of the existing situation in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of current systems, their governance, and their use.
