The scientific monograph presents an integrated methodology for the informatively analytical approach to the management processes of multifamily residential buildings aimed at the targeted implementation of residential management services and sustainable housing preservation. The conclusions drawn in the development of the monograph complement the theoretical and scientific knowledge base of multifamily residential building management, which is necessary for the industry’s optimization. The results provided in the monograph are practically applicable in national and local government institutions in the development of housing policies, including guidelines for multifamily residential building management policies, as well as in the evaluation of multifamily residential building management systems and development planning, and in organizing cooperation among other industry experts and stakeholders, including associations.
