The authors of the scientific study, in collaboration with the State Fire and Rescue Service (SSFS), have identified several key factors that influence the SSFS employees’ well-being and attitude towards work. 804 SFS employees participated in the survey. The study examined several factors – health and physical activity, work-life balance, management support, motivation to work at SSFS, etc.
